Here at Guiding Minds we offers an education both mentally and spiritually. We bring to life the dangers of the lifestyles individuals lead to help create a better community, and to help build up future generations that are affected by poor lifestyle choices.

C. Joy Campbell


Joy is a prominent figure in her community through community service and ministry. Born and raised in Dallas, Joy went on to college and she currently holds an undergraduate degree in Business Marketing from Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU). She has always been inspired by Community Development, and it was emphasized when she began working in the field of social services and community affairs. She obtained her Master’s degree in Counseling and Community Development.

Through trials, tribulations, and struggles with finding her path, Joy began to form a relationship with God. She understood that she was chosen to lead a ministry that would benefit the community as a whole. Her main focus is the betterment of the community as it impacts the lives of the family. She graduated from The Potter’s House School of Ministry in May of 2017.

Atraou "Trey" Campbell


Atraou is a prominent figure in the behavioral science and social services field. He was born and raised in Dallas, TX which is the reason why he wants to assist in the betterment of the Dallas community young and old. He attended the well-known and great Skyline High School located in the Dallas Independent School District.


After completing his high school years athletically and academically, Atraou went on to Prairie View A & M University.

When attending this substantial HBCU Atraou entered into a psychology program which granted him the opportunity to achieve receiving his Bachelors of Science in Psychology and his Masters of Science in Juvenile Forensic Psychology.  

He went on to become well versed in the job field of social services and behavior therapy in the short five years of his college release. Along with the social service field,  Atraou worked in behavioral health facilities such as Denton State Supported Living Center and Epic Developmental Services.
