  • Registration and payment must be completed at least 1 hour prior to class. Payment for class must be by PayPal, money orders, credit card, or cash only. If student cancels class 48 hours prior to the class starting they will are eligible to reschedule.

    Students who do not attend class forfeit the entire fee.

  • Attendance is required at all sessions as scheduled. Missing a class requires that the student MUST start over and pay again.

  • Late arrivals may be denied entrance and be required to start over and pay again.

  • Use of cell phones, tablets, lap-tops, and other electronic devices are prohibited while class is in session.

  • Disruptive students will be asked to leave and fees forfeited.

  • Student must be appropriately dressed.

  • They must not wear any offensive clothing

  • All forms, tests, and workbooks must be completed as required by state rule.

  • Duplicates for lost certificates are $50 each. (Subject to change without notice.)

  • Guests, children, and pets are not allowed in classroom

  • Use of tobacco, alcohol, and/or illegal substances are prohibited in the classroom. (If suspected the student forfeits the course fee)

Online Rules:

  • All classes are subject to the State mandated minimum. Seats are not guaranteed until the class has been confirmed.  Class confirmation status will be listed no later than 24 hours from the start date and time.

  • Students are responsible for staying informed of class confirmation and are encouraged to call or confirm the class status prior to reporting.

  •  In the event that a class does not meet the state minimum and is canceled, your registration will be automatically moved to the next similar time and date scheduled.

  • If you have pre-paid and would desire to receive a refund and cancel your registration instead, please let us know at the time you are informed of the cancellation.

  • If you must cancel, all cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the class.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refunds, but we will hold your money for two-weeks for the next class

  • Important – Notice:

  • Approved Texas Drug Offender Education Programs are responsible for providing a certificate of completion to each participant upon successful completion of the program. The participant is responsible for providing the convicting court clerk with a copy of the serially-numbered certificate. The convicting court clerk will complete the CR-44 form (Supplemental Court Reporting Form) and forward it to the Department of Public Safety, who will then reinstate the person's driver's license
