This class is for individuals who have a Misdemeanor or Felony Fraud and/or Theft charge, and need to take a 4-hour to 8-hour class. Misdemeanor Only (One) 4 Hour Group Session 9:00am-1:00pm $100 Fee Felony Only (One) 8 Hour Group Session 9:00am-5:00pm $150 Fee

Cancelation Policy

Class Registration Note: All classes are subject to the State mandated minimum. Seats are not guaranteed until the class has been confirmed. Class confirmation status will be listed no later than 24 hours from the start date and time. Students are responsible for staying informed of class confirmation and are encouraged to call or confirm the class status prior to reporting. In the event that a class does not meet the state minimum and is canceled, your registration will be automatically moved to the next similar time and date scheduled. If you have pre-paid and would desire to receive a refund and cancel your registration instead, please let us know at the time you are informed of the cancellation. If you must cancel, you will not be refunded your money due to the reserving of a seat in the class. * All students must pay the class fee at the time of registration or no later than the day BEFORE the scheduled start of the class. No Exceptions. In the event of a class cancellation or if you must cancel your money is nonrefundable.
